With milk, a substance known for its richness in proteins, you\u2019ll ensure that your mane won\u2019t be fragile any more! And to ensure your threads will look shiny, add honey to the mixture!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Making this hair mask is quick and easy: mash 1 banana in a bowl and then add one tablespoon of full-cream milk.
